1. Service Description

I'm RICH (the 'Service') is a participatory entertainment platform operated by PurpleShip.

Users can participate in national and individual ranking competitions through 'FLEX'.

FLEX is an amount for ranking competition participation, not a purchase of goods or services.

2. FLEX and Contribution Usage

FLEX amounts are used for:

• Platform operation and service improvement

• Advertising slot operation (allocated immediately upon payment)

• Social impact initiatives (portion of revenue)

Once payment is completed, it is immediately allocated to service slots and reflected in rankings.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not possible for the following reasons:

• Payments are immediately allocated to service slots.

• Rankings are instantly updated, affecting other users' rankings.

• Due to the immediate nature of digital service delivery, withdrawal is not possible.

EU/EEA/UK Users: By completing payment, you agree to waive your 14-day withdrawal right. Clicking the payment button constitutes explicit consent to immediate service delivery.

4. Ranking Disclaimer

This Service does not guarantee:

• Achievement or maintenance of any specific ranking

• Ranking improvement

• No change in ranking

Rankings may change at any time due to other users' FLEX activities.

FLEX is participation in ranking competition, not a purchase of 'ranking slots'.

5. Service Modification and Termination

PurpleShip reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.

• No refund obligation for service changes or termination.

• Modify the ranking system.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use only payment methods in their own name.

• Not provide false information.

• Not abuse the Service or manipulate rankings through fraudulent means.

7. Limitation of Liability

PurpleShip is not liable for:

• Damages due to ranking changes

• Damages due to service interruption

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The Service is provided 'as is'.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
